SARQO provides website development, graphic design, UI/UX design, social media marketing, SEO, AI automation, domain & hosting, and website maintenance services. Exact scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed with each client before work begins.
A project is confirmed once an advance payment is received. Remaining balance is due upon delivery or as agreed in writing. Prices listed on the Pricing page are starting prices and may vary based on project complexity, which will always be communicated before final confirmation.
Each package includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at project start. Requests significantly beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith based on typical project scope. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or scope changes may extend the original timeline.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos) required to complete the project, unless content creation has been separately ordered.
Full ownership of the final delivered website or design transfers to the client upon full payment. SARQO retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at SARQO's discretion.
SARQO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
